If you are a DETER user, please include the following when contacting us:

• Your DETER username
• Your project and experiment
• Name of any node(s) giving you trouble (experiment hostname or physical hostname)

If a specific experiment is giving you trouble, please leave it swapped in so we can diagnose the problem directly.
